Leech Therapy : Blood Purification 

Bloodletting (Leech Therapy) (Sharad Rutu / October)  Impurities is fundamental cause of all disorders, so this therapy is very helpful for blood purification.

Good for-Blood impurity, vatarakta, Gout pain relief, psoriasis, skin complaints, etching, swelling, edema, clotting disorders, DVT, coronary blockages, pigmentations of skin, vitiligo, baldness, dandruff, hair fall, burning, piles, herpes, diabetic neuropathy, Non healing  wound, menstrual complaints, arthritis, gangrene, cancer, elephantitis.

In vamana after drinking a given decoction or milk person vomits body toxins in the form of ercers Kapha & pitta. This is a very useful treatment with permanent relief for indigestion, psoriasis, skin asthma, headache, psoriasis, acidity, pimples, obesity, and diabetes and excess mucus.

Virechana: Purgation Therapy Purgation  (October – Rainy) :

In India, this is done as a home remedy traditionally. With help of a specific tablet, powder, or leham, the motion of the bowel increased for a temporary period. Very good for obesity, indigestion, hyperacidity, piles, skin disorders, pain, blood impurity, vertigo, jaundice, liver disorders, extra heat, constipation etcetera.

Nasya: Nasal drop

Applying medicine in the form of liquids like oil, ghee water, juice called as a Nasya. Nasya is very significant treatment for – five sensory organs disorders as well as the brain.

Useful for – Rhinitis, DNS, Nasal bleeding, Souring, headache, Vertigo, Ophthalmic complaints eye burning, Lens reduction, Vision improvement, Deafness, Neck shoulder spasm, Pain, Stiffness, Hair fall, Sinusitis, Dandruff, pimple etcetera.

Basti: Enema Therapy

In this treatment oil or decoction is pushed through the anus. This medicine is absorbed in the guts.

Useful for – Vata disorder, arthritis, gout, debility, weakness, back pain, spondylitis, piles, fissure, constipation, indigestion, infertility menstrual complaints, pain relief, cancer etcetra.

Snehana & Swedana (Steam & Oleation) (Rainy & Winter Session): This treatments are part of preprocedures of panchakarma therapy. But if needed snehana & Swedana are also done as the main part of treatment. This treatment is done either locally or all over the body. Snehana oleation means sneha i.e. oil applied all over the body or locally with or without massage. Taking oil or ghee internally is also advised if necessary. In Swedana herb Steam is done locally or all over the body.

Shirodhara is also well known & popular for antistress & reducing body heat effect.
